The Sudan Human Rights Association (website)
SHRA is an NGO operating out of Uganda. It produced the quartlery 'Sudan Monitor' newsletter reporting on the human rights situation in Sudan and has posted the 1999 editions on this website. These back issues provide some useful information and reports on issues ranging from refugees to child soldiers. Note that this Association is linked with the National Endowerment for Democracy - a US-based organisation that aims to promote the spread of democracy in "undemocratic" countries.
