Can you imagine being forced to work as a slave for someone else?
James Aguer, a Sudanese man, has seen this happen many times. For 13 years, he has been working to rescue Sudanese children from slavery. His work was rewarded in 2003 when he won the World's Children's Prize. This webpage tells James’ story. It also tells you about the Sudanese children who were rescued by James.
This webpage also has information about Sudanese children in Sudan and about the famous Sudanese model, Alek Wek. |
