Child soldiers in the Sudanese civil war (website)
Reports indicate that both sides in the war civil in Sudan have recruited child soldiers, some as young as 8 or 9. The Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers is a nonprofit activist group based in the United Kingdom that works to stop the recruitment of children in war. The Global Report extract on Sudan gives a good overview of the use of child soldiers in Sudan and the attempts that have been made to demobilise them.
