European-Sudanese Public Affairs Council (website)
The European-Sudanese Public Affairs Council (ESPAC) was  established in 1998 as the British-Sudanese Public Affairs Council. It is a privately-funded organisation that runs advocacy, education and media projects relating to Sudan. The site provides a series of analytical papers that explore the role of various western nations in the peace processes in Sudan and includes a unique analysis of the role of the media and oil in the conflict.
